At OMNI Studios, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Hairdresser. SALON POLICY
OMNI Studios is a small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available.
When you book an appointment with us we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of your needs.
Our goal at OMNI is to provide a quality service in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.
As a client when booking an appointment you will be required to pay a deposit fee, details of
which are as follow:
DEPOSITÂ POLICY
DEPOSITS ARE TAKEN FOR ALL SERVICES AS PER OUR BOOKING SYSTEM
Your deposit is not an extra charge it is simply held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill.
Please be aware that the only way you would ever loose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24hrs or you don't show up for your appointment
If you cancel/reschedule 24hrs prior of your appointment time your deposit will remain on your account and act as your deposit on your next appointment.
APPOINTMENT TIMES
You must arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know – we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
REMINDER SERVICES
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you confirm Yes or cancel.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILDREN & PERSONAL ITEMS
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children are accompanied by adults at all times, and carefully monitored.
Even though we take as much care as possible, please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client.
Any breakages or damage of salon items or products will incur a cost to you the client.
PRIVACY POLICY
OMNI Studios monitors the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by instilling discipline in all aspects of our business.
Our objective is to protect and maintain the privacy, and security of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for the handling of your personal information known as the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). Personal information collected by OMNI Studios generally comprises name, address, contact details and certain financial information. The Privacy Principles require us not to store personal information longer than necessary. We are committed to the privacy and protection of your information.
